Couple days ago, I received an email invitation from Google to attend their Learn with Google for Publishers program held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Headquarter (HQ) office. It was an exciting moment when I read that mail and immediately submit my registration. Today is the day where I have my chance to visit this brand new setup office and to meet with some local publishers as well. Since many of my friends ask me how does Google Malaysia office looks like and my experience in there, I decided to post the detail over here.
Some of my friends ask me whether is serious or not, I mean they are doubt that Google really sent an invitation to me to attend this partner gathering session. The following picture will tell the truth.
Want to know how the main entrance looks like in Google Malaysia? Here you go my friend. It’s a super secure door with some advance security system. Looks like something huh…
Ops…real person stand in front of Google Malaysia main page? Looks funny when i review back this photo. Although the lighting is a bit dark, but it still able to see my face here.
The back scene of this photo is the pantry area where it served unlimited fresh fruit juices, soft drinks, coffee, tea, cappuccino, latte, junk food and normal foods. Ops…did you notice the no photo sign, pls don’t tell Google about this 🙂 Just kidding, they allow us to take photo over here.
Here is 1 of the sitting area, I didn’t try their Google ice-cream…So not able to tell what is there 🙂
Ok, time to get some real stuffs now. Behind is the small briefing areas where all the “VIPs” are sitting there and ready to rock and roll with the presenter from Google.
After the session, took a photo with Google SEA Strategic Partner Manager. Thanks for him to arrange this special event for us and we definitely hope to have more hangout in the near future.
I hope you enjoy all the photos i share here. So in general what is the experience in Google Malaysia is the office is super awesome. Staffs here are super lucky where they have a daily free drinks and food (I believe inclusive of breakfast, lunch, not sure any dinner provided). And what I had learn is some cool techniques to further optimize the site and possible earning from Google as a publisher.
I hope you like this post, if you really like it, appreciate you can hit the “Like” button or G+ button at the top left hand corner of this post. Thanks…
